Not Easy to set up

After many tries I still cannot set up unit to operate with motion and save and then retrieve. My old system was VERY easy to operate. I’m considering replacing this unit.

The Lorex Edge

I bought the Lorex Edge to view my cameras remotely, I found it very hard to setup to do this, customer service was little help, I am not sure what country they were in but Lorex need to emprove there customer service dept. After about two weeks of trying to get it connected remotely with no luck I sent it back.
